Question for White Eagle:
“What steps should one take to achieve the oneness with the universe and stay at that the pinnacle of higher dimensional thinking?” ~ AS

White Eagle answers:
“In my many lives, I have walked the path back to oneness. It is a paradox—sometimes long and full of wonder, other times swift and perilous. It will give you beauty and awe, yet it will also test every part of you. This is not a journey for the faint of heart. Picture a mountain so vast it seems to touch the stars, but its slopes and summit exist within you. The only true barrier between you and the luminous expanse of divine consciousness is the self you believe yourself to be.
“At birth, you are still in oneness. There is no sense of separation, no ‘me’ and ‘you.’ The ego has not yet begun its work. But as the mind learns to name, to judge, to define, the sense of separation takes root. By the time childhood is behind you, the ego stands alert, intent on shaping a self apart from the whole. Oneness does not vanish; it simply steps out of sight, allowing you the rare gift of living as an individual soul in a physical body.
“Earth is the perfect place to explore individuality. In the heavenly realms, spirit experiences unity as its native state. Imagine one vast consciousness gazing through countless windows. Every window offers a different view, yet all perspectives are shared instantly with the whole. That is the nature of unity. But here, in physical form, you have the chance to experience the texture of separateness, to feel the edges of self-hood, and to discover the boundless creativity of individuality.
“Those who dwell in higher realms often long for the immersion of physical life, just as you may long for the memory of being one with everything. Even a single moment of complete unity can pour so much light into you that years may pass before you fully understand it. That is as it should be.
“Reaching oneness is like climbing to the summit of a great peak. A mountaineer spends years strengthening body, mind, and skill before setting foot on the slope. The inner ascent demands no less. And just as the thin air at the top requires the climber to adapt, maintaining the high energy of unity requires a deep skillfulness. The more you practice, the more the atmosphere of oneness becomes your home.
“You were born with a path to oneness. It is your birthright, and it belongs to you alone. Four forces walk this path with you—two to help you, two to challenge you. The helpers are your heart and your soul. The challengers are your mind and your body.
“The mind and body are not your enemies; they are powerful companions that need your care and understanding. Know your thoughts well, so you are not ruled by them. Tend to your body so it supports your journey instead of weighing it down. When mind and body are steady, the heart can open fully, and the soul’s voice becomes unmistakable. The heart will carry you when the path turns shadowed. The soul will always know the way.
“There is a secret to working with these four aspects. The secret is Spirit. Spirit Guides know the terrain. They can reveal the hidden passes, lift you over what seems impassable, mend the wounds that slow you, and restore your strength when you falter.
“Working with Spirit is a sacred shortcut. And there is even a shortcut to that shortcut: you do not have to be a master channel, or see, hear, or feel them perfectly. You need only ask.
“Ask first for healing—healing of the mind, so its wounds no longer imprison you in their stories, and healing of the body, so it no longer consumes the energy needed for your ascent. You do not need perfection. You need balance. From there, ask for healing of the heart and the soul. When you invite Spirit to work with you, remember it is a partnership. You must take the steps they show you in the physical world.
“As you walk this way, doors will open. Understanding will arrive unbidden. Perspectives will shift, sometimes in a breath. Trust in yourself will deepen, and trust in Spirit will become unshakable.
“When that trust is steady, the miraculous becomes ordinary. And when miracles feel ordinary, you will find that oneness has been beside you all along—quiet, patient, and waiting for you to notice that you have never truly been apart.

Thank you. I loved the steps and what I heard was patiences and continue to take one step at a time on the path of faith. To give the mind and body the time it needs to heal and invite the deeper healing of the soul and heart to guide the way forward.
Yes, part of the healing is to help the mind to accept that we are all One. Once that can be accepted then the soul and heart can lead the way to Oneness. Experiencing Oneness even for a moment can change everything by shattering the illusion that the Self is apart from others.
