When I wake, it is a miracle

When I breathe, it is a miracle

When I bathe, it is a miracle

When I eat, it is a miracle

When I laugh, it is a miracle

When I cry, it is a miracle

When I hope, it is a miracle

When I despair, it is a miracle

When I love, it is a miracle

When I sleep, it is a miracle

When I dream, it is a miracle

I thank the wind, light, water, and stones for these miracles

I thank the trees and the plants for these miracles

I thank the beings who swim, who fly, who run, and who crawl, for these miracles.

I thank the people who have come before me for these miracles

I thank the people who live alongside me for these miracles

I thank the people who have yet to come for these miracles

I thank all the stars, moons, and planets in the cosmos for these miracles

I thank the Earth for these miracles

I thank the unseen ones for these miracles

And so it is, and so it shall always be that I am a miracle.
