Body Bliss, A Guided Meditation

Before we gather for the holidays, it is good to have some powerful self-care. Taking time out to be there for you and your needs keeps you on track to bring in some joy before this year ends.

This short meditation may help release old wounds that still hold some emotion that is no longer needed. Our experiences are stored in our cellular memory long after healing mentally and emotionally. These triggers can come up cyclically, and holidays can be especially difficult. Even if you have been healing and clearing your mental and emotional bodies, old wounds can feel fresh during this time if the body has not yet released them.

Settle in and allow your body to release what is already healed. Get comfortable, set aside about 20 minutes, and have a listen.

Even if you are unable to follow along for every second of this mediation, you will get the benefit of it. You are welcome to do this more than once since it is meant to be repeated as you feel necessary.
